2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments

We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and treatment. All bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment time will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

3. Health and Safety

Your well-being is our priority. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical ailments before your treatment begins. Green Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for a guest's specific health condition.

Guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff at each location.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made at the time of service or through our secure online booking system. We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash at our physical locations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Green Day Spa and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Green Day Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
